Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Fit Mama! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or would prefer a different size – we’re here to help.

Please email us with your concerns and details: we promise to get back to you within 48 hours.

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • We will be happy to accept the return/exchange to a different size – to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • How much will my shipping cost?
    We charge a flat rate of R75.00 to all main areas in South Africa. Should you be in an outlying area, there could be a surcharge fee.
  • How long will my order take?
    Once dispatched from our warehouse, your order should take 2 – 5 working days to get to you.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Please keep receipt of postage/waybill as Fit Mama cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Should you wish to exchange an item, delivery will be charged at the delivery rate quoted to you.
